Verification Codes

When you sign up, sign in, or make certain changes to your account, we may send a verification code to your email address to ensure it’s really you.

If we need to verify your account you’ll see a form asking you to enter a code. Open your email app and look for an email from Trickster Cards to find the code. Then copy the code into the form.

I didn’t receive a code

  • Ensure your email is correct in the form
  • Use refresh or fetch in your mail app
  • Check your spam folder
  • Allow mail from support@trickstercards.com
  • Wait 10-15 minutes
  • Go back in our app and try again

Using @comcast.net email?

Comcast appears to delete our verification code email. Here’s how to get the email to appear in your spam folder:

  • Edit “Advanced Settings” for xfinity.com email
  • Turn on “Save a copy of emails marked as spam”
  • Try signing up or in again
  • Find the email in your spam folder

Other email providers

BT, MSN, Hotmail, and iCloud also occasionally block our verification code email. Until we figure out a solution, you can play as a guest or use a different email address (e.g. @gmail.com) to sign up.
